What You Will Do
- Respond to member inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve order issues, delivery questions, and account needs with accuracy and urgency
- Support new members through their first 90 days to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Help members customize orders and get the most value from their subscription
- Identify and support at risk members to improve retention
- Manage order adjustments before weekly fulfillment deadlines
- Track and document all member interactions clearly in our system
- Spot recurring issues and help improve internal processes
What Success Looks Like
- Members consistently receive fast and accurate support
- New members feel confident and supported within their first 90 days
- Fewer order errors and fewer delivery issues
- Improved member retention and reduced churn
- Strong communication and clean documentation
- You become fully confident in our systems and workflows within 90 days
What We Are Looking For
- 2 plus years in customer service, hospitality, logistics, operations, or admin support
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Clear, calm communicator who handles pressure well
- Reliable and consistent, especially with Tuesday through Saturday schedule
- Comfortable working in systems and following structured processes
- Strong sense of ownership and follow through
- Interest in local food, community, or mission driven work
