About the role

This is a full-time, permanent position with a daylight schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Precept new Home Health Aides to their roles
• Facilitate new hire competencies and education
• Provide home care coverage for open visits
• Assist with participant care in the center, including day room coverage and shower assistance
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Related experience in the field
• Experience working with the elderly population
