About the role

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This is a 6-month contract position.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Process returns and exchanges according to company policy
  • Update customer records accurately and promptly

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems beneficial
