About the role
The Member Accounting Representative is responsible for managing member billing and financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify member payments
- Handle inquiries related to billing and financial matters
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all financial transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of membership management systems
- Experience with financial software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
