About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to be located in The Westchester Mall and report to the General Manager. Brand Ambassadors are responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships in our retail stores, they are friendly, energetic and above all customer service oriented. You will be responsible for maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador, providing the ultimate customer service experience.
• Aids management team with merchandising the store as new products arrive weekly.
• Provides the customer with a beautiful and engaging environment is important - this person will maintain the store according to company visual standards.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of the product features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity.
• Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction; utilizing phone, email written follow-up contact.
• Ensure all functions of the store are maintained to support superior shopping experiences.
• Have computer skills to operate the POS register and email systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs.
• 1+ years of prior experience in retail sales.
• Experience working with children in a learning capacity/environment preferred.
• Experience with Shopify Plus platform is preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Pay

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in New York is $17 - $20 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
