Responsibilities
- Lead construction coordination and integration across all site projects within Tool Install/PB/LOD
- Own all logistics for TI/PB/LOD construction — security, safety, staging, and working areas
- Provide field supervision over trade contractors and CM field supervision personnel
- Drive safety culture, contractor compliance, and protocol adherence across the site
- Lead weekly site observation walks and manage micro-schedule updates and RFI coordination with the client Design Manager and AE company
Requirements
- 10 years of construction industry experience as a Project Manager, including mass headcount and task management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Previous mass project management experience on similar-scale projects
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with ability to correct performance issues and deliver difficult messages
- Strong verbal communication and computer skills

Pay
Up to $74/hour + $875/week per diem.
