Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a wide variety of carnival-themed decorations including masks, hats, and banners.
• Collaborate with designers and clients to develop custom designs that meet specific requirements.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Participate in team-building activities and workshops to enhance creativity and skills.

Requirements

• A degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in creating carnival decorations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in carnival design.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of fabric and material handling techniques.
