Work on Diverse Projects

Beneath your feet, you'll make a difference. Working alongside your crew, you ensure that our unique waterproofing solution, Trisoplast, is applied correctly. This can involve projects like landfill sites, industrial areas, water bodies, and infrastructure works—both within the Netherlands and sometimes beyond.

• Actively participate in applying Trisoplast
• Lead and guide ground workers, crane operators, and installation operators
• Coordinate work between different contractors and suppliers
• Report issues and opportunities and escalate them to the project leader or client
• Function as a point of contact at the project site

• Initiative and taking responsibility
• Communicative skills and getting people along
• Making decisions, even towards clients: quality comes first
• Open to learning and self-development

Qualifications

Requirements Include:

• Experience in Ground Works, Infrastructure, or a similar field
• Practical mindset: experience and motivation are more important than formal education
• Full-time availability (40 hours) and flexibility to work on-site across the country
• Willingness to occasionally work abroad (if necessary)
• Fluent in Dutch and able to communicate in English

Pay

The starting salary is €3,600 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. We will discuss this further in an interview.

Schedule

You will work on-site, staying in a comfortable hotel with good facilities when needed. You will receive a company car for commuting to different project sites.
