About the role
The Program Director, AstraZeneca (AZ) Oncology Business Unit (OBU) Account Lead is responsible for managing and driving strategic initiatives within the AZ Oncology Business Unit. This position requires a deep understanding of oncology markets and a proven track record in account management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market share in oncology markets.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including medical affairs, sales, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the oncology space.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry or related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in oncology or biopharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
