(MEDIX) 1St Shift- Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, Central Fill, Health and Wellness Central Operations - Health and Wellness
Position Summary
Maintains sorter operation by removing full totes from the sorter tote location, replenishing empty totes at the sorter locations, scanning tote and location with a handheld scanner, and rearranging individual units in totes to ensure proper fill rates.
Manages product deliveries by preparing, reviewing, and verifying receiving documentation and reports, processing counts, separates and scans product, operates computer software and basic applications to track and identify product, unloads product from trailer manually or with powered equipment, organizes inventory and transfers them to production stations, maintains records, logs and forms for example shipping manifests.
Stocks drugs by using box cutters and knives to open boxes without damaging contents, monitors product size and makes adjustments when product is too large or small, labels, scans and sorts drug types to ensure they are in the right location, transports drugs and places them in their designated locations, stores excess drugs on the overstock shelves or racks, drives forklift to transport skid items in the pharmacy.
Maintains quality accuracy and integrity of inventory and packages by removing damaged or expired product, identifying and resolving discrepancies in records or files, informing management about incorrect or inefficient processes and improper service procedures, and providing basic maintenance to equipment for example cleaning, changing labels, bags, ribbons.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $15.20 - $22.80*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
