About the role
Repair and maintain diesel and gasoline engine industrial trucks according to dealership and factory specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance on medium/heavy-duty trucks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Make appropriate service recommendations to customers
- Use service software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
- Multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Solve problems efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years' minimum experience, preferably in the Heavy-Duty Truck Industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL a plus)
- Basic engine knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Pay
Flat-rate compensation (paid per job instead of a salary or hourly wage).
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with one Saturday per month.
