About the role
As a Diesel/Fleet Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our customers' commercial fleets safe, reliable, and operating at their best.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and scheduled services
- Diagnose and repair medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks, trailers, and commercial equipment
- Troubleshoot engine, electrical, air, hydraulic, suspension, and brake systems using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Identify potential issues before they become costly breakdowns
- Accurately document repairs and inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work closely with a team committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working on diesel engines, fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, trailers, or commercial trucks
- Medium- or heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Experience using electronic diagnostic software and equipment
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and major mechanical repairs
- Valid driver's license
- CDL is a plus but not required
- ASE certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
