About the role

As a Diesel/Fleet Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our customers' commercial fleets safe, reliable, and operating at their best.

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and scheduled services
• Diagnose and repair medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks, trailers, and commercial equipment
• Troubleshoot engine, electrical, air, hydraulic, suspension, and brake systems using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Identify potential issues before they become costly breakdowns
• Accurately document repairs and inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work closely with a team committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working on diesel engines, fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, trailers, or commercial trucks
• Medium- or heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Experience using electronic diagnostic software and equipment
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and major mechanical repairs
• Valid driver's license
• CDL is a plus but not required
• ASE certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
