MEDIUM EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

About the role

Working under the direction of the Director of Public Works, the person in this position will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of motorized equipment used for construction, as well as street and sidewalk repairs. Operating of heavy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a variety of motorized equipment used for construction
• Perform street and sidewalk repairs
• Operate heavy equipment as needed

Requirements

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Hoisting Engineering License to operate a backhoe
• At least one (1) year of prior machine operating experience

Pay

Weekly rate: $929.02 to $1,006.46 per week (Grade M62B)

Schedule

40 hours per week
