You’ll provide personalized care to a small group of residents (typically 10–12), assisting with daily activities, companionship, and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a patient advocate by assisting nursing staff with direct resident care and responding to needs.
• Manage medications, transcribe doctor’s orders, and monitor for drug interactions.
• Handle administrative tasks, including ordering medications/supplies and communicating with doctors and families.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and leadership, reporting discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
• Monitor and record residents’ vitals and assist in care emergencies as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certified, Food Handlers’ certificate.
• CNA/HCA certification.
• One (1) year of experience preferred.

Pay

$19.50–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
