Responsibilities
- Administers or assists residents to self-administer medications and treatments
- Measures vital signs and weight
- Performs other health services tasks
- Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, and reports/document pertinent information
- Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
- Works as the on-floor supervisor
Qualifications
- Organized, able to prioritize, patient, empathetic, positive and professional attitude, compassionate, creative and proactive thinking, teamwork-oriented, and have a passion to serve others
- Caregiving or Med Tech Experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
- Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn
