Medication Tech - Full-Time NOC

As a Medication Tech on the overnight shift, you will provide dependable, compassionate care throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records in our system.
• Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to the appropriate team member.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, providing compassion and dignity in every interaction.
• Respond to resident needs throughout the overnight shift and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and your fellow team members.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive community where everyone feels valued.

Requirements

• Medication administration experience or applicable training/certification based on California requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Dependability and the ability to work consistently during overnight hours.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
