About the role
The role is responsible for managing patient care in a hospital setting. This includes coordinating medical teams, ensuring patient safety, and providing comprehensive care plans.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate medical teams to ensure efficient patient care.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
- Experience with healthcare software and databases.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
