Medication Manager – Flexible Scheduling

Essential Job Functions

• Provide personal care and assistance to tenants, including dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom, ambulating, eating, and bathing/showering.
• Observe and report changes in tenants’ health, cognitive or functional conditions to the nurse.
• Administer prescribed medications, maintain proper documentation, and observe tenants for adverse reactions.
