Medication Assistant - Full Time

Job Overview: This role involves providing comprehensive care to residents, including medication management, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring health changes, and responding to emergencies within a senior living community. Responsibilities Maintain, order, and assist residents with medications, documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.Support residents in Activities of Daily Living, take vital signs, provide first aid, wound care, and communicate with healthcare professionals.Observe and report any physical or mental health changes.Transport residents within the community for activities, dining, or other needs.Respond promptly to emergency calls, requests, and hazards. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or equivalent required.Meeting all state educational requirements.CPR certification preferred.Experience working with elderly and dementia patients is advantageous.Must demonstrate a calm, respectful, and helpful demeanor.
