About the role
The primary focus of this position is to assist residents with medication management, documentation, and daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, order, and assist residents with their medication needs.
- Transcribe and document in the Medication Assistance Record.
- Assist residents in Assisted Living and potentially Memory Care with activities of daily living, take vital signs, provide first aid, wound care, and communicate with outside healthcare professionals as needed.
- Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining areas.
- Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and address environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
- A calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor is appreciated.

Pay
Starting at $17.25 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule
PRN schedule: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.
