About the role
Village Green Health and Rehab is seeking an energetic and dynamic Medication Aide to join our team. The position will be working in our newly refreshed hall.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Support residents with daily living activities
- Participate in resident-centered care initiatives
- Engage in social and recreational activities
Requirements
- Certified on the DHSR Registry for CNA and Medication Aide for Skilled Nursing Facility
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of long-term care principles
