• Greet each resident warmly and administer medications with precision and presence
• Notice subtle changes and communicate them clearly to the care team
• Offer calm and reassurance — especially in moments of stress or confusion
• Keep your med cart pristine and your documentation flawless
• Support your team like family — because no one does this alone

Requirements

Must have active L1MA or CMT certification in the state of Missouri
