About the role

At The Mair Agency, authorized with major Medicare carriers nationwide, agents focus on helping seniors make informed healthcare decisions while building a highly profitable book of business. The agency provides a proven marketing and sales system that delivers daily pre‑set appointments, allowing agents to spend time meeting with prospects rather than searching for leads.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with pre‑set Medicare‑eligible prospects each day
• Helping seniors evaluate and choose Medicare Advantage, Supplement, Prescription Drug, and Home Health Care plans
• Building and maintaining a book of business to generate residual income
• Utilizing the agency's marketing and sales system
• Participating in ongoing training and agent support

Requirements

• Active Health & Life Insurance License
• AHIP Certification (or willingness to obtain)
