We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We must include only sections with real specific content. REFERENCE/BACKGROUND CHECKS - The Department of Human Services will conduct reference checks to verify job-related credentials and criminal background check prior to appointment. - How To Apply: (application instructions) we must remove. - Contact: (contact info) we may keep? It's contact for position; not boilerplate? Might be considered contact info; but instructions say remove application instructions. Contact likely considered application instruction? It says "If you have questions about this position, contact Lynnette at ..." That's contact info, not application instruction. Might keep as a short p? But they said remove application instructions. Contact is not exactly instruction to apply, but could be considered contact. Safer to keep as a short p? However they said remove application instructions, duplicated lines, and boilerplate. Contact info maybe not boilerplate but could be considered part of application. I'd keep it as a short p under maybe "Contact". But we don't have a heading for Contact; we could just include as a paragraph without heading. The instruction: "Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences." So we can include paragraphs. - About Human Services Dept: description about agency. Could be "About the role" or "About the agency". The heading list includes "About the role". We can put that content under About the role. - Benefits: there is a Benefits section with list of benefits. So we should include Benefits heading with ul. - Pay: Salary Range given. So include Pay heading with p. - Schedule: Work Shift/Work Hours and Days of Work given. So include Schedule heading with p. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications maybe under Requirements or Qualifications. The heading list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. Minimum Qualifications could go under Requirements. Preferred Qualifications could go under Qualifications or Skills. Additional Requirements maybe also under Requirements. We'll combine. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short p or drop it. So we can include a short p at top with metadata like Job ID, Location, etc. Or we could drop them. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep metadata like Location, Telework Eligible, Full/Part Time, etc. Those are substantive. So we should include them in a short p (or maybe a ul?). They said fold minor metadata into a short p or drop it. So we can make a p containing that metadata. Thus structure:

Job ID: 97066 | Location: St. Paul | Telework Eligible: Yes | Full/Part Time: Full-Time | Regular/Temporary: Unlimited | Who May Apply: Open to all qualified job seekers | Date Posted: 09/16/2026 | Closing Date: 09/29/2026 | Hiring Agency/Seniority Unit: Human Services Dept / MAPE DHS Central Office | Division/Unit: Health Care Administration / Purchasing and Service Delivery

Then maybe another p for Work Shift etc? Could combine. But we also have Work Shift/Work Hours, Days of Work, Travel Required, Salary Range, etc. Those will go under Schedule and Pay sections. We need to avoid duplication. Let's plan sections: - About the role: includes description of work, mission statement, telework eligibility details, reporting line, responsibilities overview? Actually responsibilities separate. Better: About the role: includes narrative about the role, mission, telework details, reporting. - Responsibilities: list of main responsibilities (the bullet list). Use ul. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (maybe as ul). Could also include Additional Requirements (resume details, writing sample, reference checks). Could be separate but we can combine. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (ul). - Skills: maybe not needed; we could omit if no specific skills beyond qualifications. But we have some skill-like items: Ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically, knowledge of MAXIS/MMIS, etc. Those are in Preferred Qualifications. Could put them under Skills. But we already have Qualifications heading. The instruction list includes Skills as optional. We could put skill-like items under Skills. However we already have Preferred Qualifications which is similar. To avoid thin sections, we could merge Preferred Qualifications into Qualifications and maybe not have Skills. Or we could have Qualifications (minimum) and Skills (preferred). Let's decide: Use Requirements for Minimum Qualifications, Qualifications for Preferred Qualifications, and maybe Skills for ability to handle difficult situations etc. But that splits. Better: Use Requirements for Minimum Qualifications, Qualifications for Preferred Qualifications, and omit Skills (since we already have Qualifications). The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum), Qualifications (preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to extract content. About the role content: From posting: "The work you'll do is more than just a job. At the State of Minnesota, employees play a critical role in developing policies, providing essential services, and working to improve the well-being and quality of life for all Minnesotans. We can keep that as paragraphs under About the role. Responsibilities: The "Main responsibilities:" list. We'll make ul. Requirements (Minimum Qualifications): "Two years professional experience working with Health Care Programs and Managed Care Policy demonstrating the following: Working knowledge of medical program eligibility, benefits, managed care policy and payment process.
