Responsibilities
- Researching, writing, and editing manuscripts, abstracts, slide presentations, posters, and other deliverables.
- Collaborating on client projects that are highly visible and are engaged in inspiring pharmaceutical products and technologies within the medical field.
- Working with internal team in a respectful and productive manner.
- Ensuring all versions of a deliverable are saved to the team file according to standardized file naming criteria.
- Reviewing study data and distilling into thorough and well-written deliverables.
- Displaying working knowledge of good publication practices.

Requirements
MD, PhD in the life sciences, or PharmD required.
Prior experience writing peer-reviewed publications, congress abstracts, posters, and slide decks.
Ability to independently write and edit scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and training materials.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate in a virtual setting.
Outstanding organizational/time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Understanding of the AMA writing style.
Qualifications
Understanding of various aspects of preclinical and clinical drug development.
Knowledge of the components of a well-written piece of communication, across a range of deliverables.
Skills
Understanding and familiarity with most current AMA style.
Ability to understand and properly determine accuracy of scientific information and data in a variety of biological fields.
