Qualifications

• Strong expertise in medical exam content and preparation strategies (e.g., USMLE, COMLEX, MCAT, Shelf Exams, ABSITE, ABIM, residency advising).
• Demonstrated ability to design individualized study plans, assess learner needs, and apply evidence-based teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and support learners from diverse backgrounds.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and time management skills appropriate for a remote position.
• Comfort with online teaching platforms, digital resources, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Commitment to active learning, continuous improvement, and alignment with Elite Medical Prep’s standards of quality and transparency.
