Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, medical appointments, and healthcare facilities.
• Aid wheelchair-bound and stretcher patients with professionalism, patience, and compassion.
• Ensure patients are transported safely, comfortably, and respectfully.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, family members, nurses, case managers, and healthcare professionals.
• Complete electronic trip documentation using company-provided technology.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle.
• Follow company safety procedures and transportation protocols.
• Represent TLC Solutions of Florida with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow procedures and safety protocols
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to assist patients respectfully and safely
• Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment as needed
