Medical Telemetry Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical Telemetry unit. Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based care to adults with complex medical and cardiac conditions.Manage continuous telemetry monitoring and respond promptly to patient status changes.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Support patient and family education initiatives.Precept and mentor new staff members as needed.Contribute to quality and safety improvement initiatives within the unit. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license.Strong clinical skills in cardiac and medical telemetry care.Ability to respond effectively to patient emergencies.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
