The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could include About Advocate Health under "About the role" maybe? Or we could create a section "About the company" but not in list; better to stick to allowed headings. The posting includes "Job Summary" which is about the role. So we can put that under

    About the role

. The "About Advocate Health" could be considered extra but maybe we can include under same section or omit? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Job Summary and About Advocate Health under About the role. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can include both. - Benefits: we have list: Paid Time Off programs, Health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability), Flexible Spending Accounts, Family benefits (adoption assistance, paid parental leave), Defined contribution retirement plans with employer match and other financial wellness programs, Educational Assistance Program. Also note eligibility depends on FTE/status. - Pay: Pay Range $30.70 - $46.05. Also mention base compensation within range, premium pay, incentive pay, annual increases. We'll include that. - Schedule: Full-time day shift position with rotating weekends. Hours per week 40. Sign-on bonus eligible; based on eligibility. Relocation assistance eligible; based on eligibility. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not needed. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Medical Technologist" appears at end; we must not use that as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we have Department 60901 etc. We can include that info in a short

maybe under About the role or separate? The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include Department, Status, Benefits Eligible, Hours Per Week in a paragraph. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's none obvious. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
