Medical Technologist Micro (Full-time, Evenings)

Responsibilities

Performs routine and special diagnostic test procedures, supports Quality Control and documentation, functions verification, instrument maintenance, associated specimen collection, and clerical work as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a medical lab science program or medical lab technician
• MT, MLT or issued by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists equivalent or eligible to take such exam
• May have Laboratory area specific certification
• One year of clinical internship or Laboratory experience

Credentials

• MLT, MT, MLT or issued by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists equivalent or eligible to take such exam
• May have ASCP or equivalent Laboratory area specific certification required

Qualifications

• Associates (Required)
• Bachelor or Associate of Science in MLT required
• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
• One year of clinical internship or Laboratory experience required
