About the role
A certified Medical Technologist with the ability to perform routine testing without supervision is needed. This individual should possess skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and effective communication both within their department and across other areas.
Responsibilities
- Train students and technical/non-technical laboratory employees.
- Manage instrument primary user responsibilities.
- Accomplish accreditation checklist(s).
- Lead committee or project responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Education: 4-year Bachelors Degree
- Licenses/Certifications: MT (ASCP) or equivalent
- Experience: 1-3 years
