About the role

This role involves performing cytogenetics testing, including cell culture, FISH, and karyotyping, with additional testing as needed. The position requires accurate, timely reporting of results, and effective communication with healthcare professionals to support testing and result interpretation. Key responsibilities include maintaining testing capabilities and participating in operational support activities.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related health field
• Completion of a clinical laboratory training program
• Florida License in Cytogenetics or Molecular Biology (required)
• Certification from ASCP, AABB, or similar (preferred)
