About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist responsible for performing STAT and routine complex laboratory tests on biological specimens using manual and automated methods. The role involves ensuring accurate, timely patient results, collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret results, and supporting laboratory operations to maintain testing capabilities.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related health field, with completion of an accredited training program
• Good communication skills
• Able to adapt to multi-tasking
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience is preferred
• Must hold a state of Florida Clinical Technologist license in relevant areas or equivalent certification

• Working with clinical instrumentation, lasers, and machinery
• Handling exposure to infection hazards and chemicals

Benefits

This is a full-time, nonexempt position with a pay range of $32.43 - $48.66/hour, offering benefits. The role involves working day shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays.
