Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for lab instrumentation, ensuring compliance with QC/Westgard rules, CLSI validation protocols, IQCP, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
Qualifications
- BS in Medical Technology or related field.
- MT (ASCP) certification.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist.
- Strong knowledge of quality control and regulatory requirements.
Skills
- Proficiency in laboratory operations and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to support equipment and process validation.
- Troubleshooting expertise.
Additional Details
- Some overnight travel may be required.
- Must reside in the greater San Jose, CA area; no relocation provided.
