Medical Surgical Trauma Nurse

Job Summary

As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess patients, perform skilled procedures, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and adapt to changes in patients' conditions in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
• Organize and prioritize patient care activities to balance the needs and comfort of the patient.
• Document according to policy/procedure, standards, and guidelines.
• Serve as an advocate for patients' needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.

Required Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• One (1) year RN experience
• RN License with the state of Arizona
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (Preferred)
• One year medical surgical acute experience (Preferred)
