Responsibilities
- Assessing patient conditions and developing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Communicating changes to providers and the interdisciplinary team
- Educating patients and families
- Documenting care accurately and supporting safe transitions and outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS certification required
- Medical-surgical experience preferred
- ACLS certification is a plus
