Full-time Registered Nurse position on a Medical-Surgical unit in an acute care setting. The RN delivers patient-centered care while upholding standards of compassion, safety, and excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and deliver patient-centered care
• Administer medications
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans
• Educate patients and families
• Document in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Facilitate safe discharges
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Precept new staff to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to compassion, safety, and excellence in patient care
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for interdisciplinary teamwork
• Experience with EMR documentation
• Ability to educate patients and families effectively
• Precepting and mentorship capabilities
