Under supervision of licensed professionals, participants assist in patient care, perform clinical procedures, and support nonclinical tasks to fulfill educational requirements and develop practical skills. This voluntary position provides hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, focusing on clinical judgment, critical thinking, and teamwork.
