Role: RN Manager overseeing the Medical Stepdown unit on full-time day shifts. Responsibilities Supervise and coach nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for acutely ill patients transitioning from critical care.Coordinate patient flow and manage staffing and resources effectively.Drive quality and safety initiatives to maintain clinical excellence.Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support staff development and foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture.Contribute to shaping innovative, patient-centered care practices within the organization.
