Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments
- Confidently and competently consult and complete comprehensive treatment plans
Requirements
- Honoring and respecting the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care
- Available full-time with open availability including Fridays and Saturdays
Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within the aesthetic or retail industry (highly desirable)
- Excellent Client Service Skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
