About the role
We are seeking Managers to join our team at Naked, a Medspa dedicated to providing luxurious and accessible beauty experiences. Our mission is to redefine wellness through a minimalist, personalized aesthetic approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Medspa
- Ensure the highest level of client service is provided
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
- Prioritize patient safety above all else, including inspecting the injection room and maintaining excellent hygiene and safety
- Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care
- Remedy mistakes and continuously improve personal and professional skills within the industry
Requirements
- Full-Time role available
- Open availability for various shifts
- Hourly wage range: $30-35/hr with potential for bonuses
