MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections that have real content. The posting includes: Basic Function (maybe About the role), Intradepartmental Relationships (maybe not needed), Primary Responsibilities (Responsibilities), Periodic Duties (maybe part of responsibilities), Working Relationships (maybe not needed), Qualifications, Continuing Education, Confidentiality. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role (Basic Function). Responsibilities (Primary Responsibilities + Periodic Duties). Requirements (maybe Qualifications? Actually Qualifications is separate heading). Skills maybe from qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Also maybe other skills like DSM-5-TR knowledge, etc. Could put under Skills. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work required, Active MO state license (LCSW) required, Minimum of two (2) years experience, Work experience or strong desire to work in urban community health setting preferred. Continuing Education: Active professional development ... strongly recommended. Satisfactory maintenance of continuing education standards ... required. Confidentiality: Respect for and maintenance of client and staff confidentiality is required. We could include Continuing Education under Qualifications or as separate? There's no heading for Continuing Education; we could fold into Qualifications or Skills? Probably Qualifications includes education and licensure; continuing education could be part of Qualifications as well. But we have to preserve all substantive info; we can include a
under Qualifications covering continuing education. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not present, so omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use
. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Let's craft:
About the role

We need to preserve details: list of core values, customer service behaviors, safety, etc. Could use- for list of core values and customer service items. But we can also keep as prose. The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have a list, we should use
- . For core values list, we can use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we present items as a list, we must use
- . If we keep as prose sentences, it's okay.
Let's decide: For About the role, we can give a

- is okay but might be messy. Could instead have separate
- sections with headings? But we only allowed
for section headings; we could use
? Not allowed. Better to keep as
summarizing, and then maybe a
- for core values.
Responsibilities: Provide
- of duties.
Qualifications: Provide
- of requirements.
Skills: Provide
- of skills (interpersonal/communication, DSM-5-TR knowledge, etc.)
Let's extract details:

Now we need to map to sections.
About the role: combine Basic Function summary.
Responsibilities: combine Primary Responsibilities + Periodic Duties (maybe also Working Relationships? but not required). Could include Working Relationships under Responsibilities as a bullet.
Qualifications: include education, licensure, experience, preference, continuing education.
Skills: include interpersonal/communication skills, DSM-5-TR knowledge, family systems, trauma-informed care, BH medications knowledge, chart note writing, presentation skills, networking, etc.
We must not invent or summarize away detail; preserve all substantive info. So we need to keep each bullet.
Let's craft HTML.
We'll have:
About the role
Provide same-day behavioral health diagnostic assessment and interventions for patients of FCHC. All employees must ensure service standards are delivered, including demonstrating commitment to FCHC mission and vision, positive attitude, core values, customer service and professionalism, safety, adherence to HIPAA/confidentiality, proper use of equipment, and participation in training and professional development.
But we lost many specifics. To preserve all substantive info, we need to include the specifics. Could use- for each category.
Maybe better: Keep About the role as a
summarizing, and then have separate sections for Responsibilities etc. The specifics of core values etc could be placed under Responsibilities? But they are about behavior expectations, could be considered part of Responsibilities or About the role. The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can put core values etc under About the role as a list. Thus About the role will have
- for core values, customer service, safety etc.
Let's structure:
About the role
Provide same-day behavioral health diagnostic assessment and interventions for patients of FCHC.
- inside
- . For customer service behaviors list, also
- . Might be many lists; we can combine.
Better: Provide
- for core values, another for customer service and professionalism, another for safety etc. But we can also embed as prose if not a list? The instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we present items as a list, we must use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have a list, we should use
