About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Help patients with meal preparation and nutrition
• Monitor patients’ health and report changes to healthcare providers
• Manage medications and assist with administration
• Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate about providing care

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is beneficial

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
