Medical Scribe
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: About ScribeAmerica (intro), What’s a Medical Scribe?, What You’ll Do (responsibilities), The Benefits, Where You’ll Work (maybe schedule?), Schedule Options, What You’ll Need (requirements/qualifications/skills). Also includes tuition discount programs etc under Benefits. Also includes "MyFlexPay" etc. Also includes "Health, Dental, Vision, PTO and 401k (for full-time employees only)". Also includes "A Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive culture". Also includes "Outpatient (Doctor’s Office): Typically weekday hours...". Also includes "Schedule Options". Also includes "What You’ll Need". Also includes "Wages may vary depending on experience, location and state" - that's pay info but vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Wages may vary depending on experience, location and state" - that's not a specific pay figure, but it's still some info about pay. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state schedule options, benefits, and wages vary. So we can include Pay section with that statement? The rule says: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state wages may vary... That's stating something about pay, albeit vague. So we can include a Pay section with that sentence. However also rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Pay and Schedule? But they are separate headings allowed. We'll include sections: About the role (intro + what is a medical scribe?), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (What You'll Need), Benefits (The Benefits + tuition discounts + MyFlexPay + health etc), Schedule (Where You'll Work + Schedule Options), Pay (Wages may vary...). Also maybe Qualifications/Skills sections? The posting includes qualifications (high school diploma, age, vaccinations, typing speed, fluent English, listening/communication, flexible schedule, ability to stand/sit, laptop). Those could go under Requirements or Qualifications. We have to decide which headings to use. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: About the role = intro + what is a medical scribe. Responsibilities = What You'll Do. Requirements = maybe the basic eligibility (high school diploma, age, work auth, vaccinations). Qualifications = maybe typing speed, English fluency, listening/communication, flexible schedule, ability to stand/sit, laptop. Skills could be maybe not needed. But we can combine Requirements and Qualifications if thin. Better to have Requirements (education, age, work auth, vaccinations) and Qualifications (typing speed, English, communication, schedule flexibility, physical ability, laptop). Skills maybe not needed. We'll omit Skills if no specific skill list beyond those. But we could put communication etc under Skills. However we already used Qualifications for those. Let's follow: Requirements: education, age, work auth, vaccinations. Qualifications: typing speed, English fluency, strong listening/communication, flexible schedule, ability to stand/sit/use computer, laptop access. Skills: maybe not needed; we can omit.
Now we need to strip boilerplate: EEO, legal, navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions (like "Want to know more? What is a Scribe? https://..." etc). Also remove links? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO paragraph and the links under "Want to know more?" and the URLs. Also remove the "What is a Scribe?" link etc. Also remove the "ScribeAmerica provides equal employment opportunities..." paragraph. Also remove the "Wages may vary depending on experience, location and state" maybe we keep as Pay section. That's not boilerplate. Keep.
Now we need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the tuition discount programs list, MyFlexPay benefits, health/dental/vision/PTO/401k, discounts on Apple etc, travel discounts, theme park ticket savings, unlimited referral bonuses, recruitment opportunities, etc. Also "Ignite Your Future Benefits including:" list. Also "The Benefits No experience required — we’ll train you!Paid training through Scribe University and hands-on clinical instructionReal life clinical exposure, mentorship, and physician shadowingFull-time and part-time roles availableOpportunities for career growth and advancementTuition discount programs..." We need to parse that into proper sentences.
We'll produce HTML with sections.
Let's draft:
