About the role

Scribe.ology medical scribes work side-by-side with our emergency department and clinic physician partners, supporting real-time documentation and helping keep visits on track in high-volume settings. Our training program prepares scribes to document complete, accurate clinical charts while navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment—where strong attention to detail, professionalism, and adaptability matter every day.

Responsibilities

• Support real-time documentation in high-volume settings
• Document complete, accurate clinical charts
• Navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Work in a supportive, team-first culture
• Commit to working at least Part-Time hours for six (6) months
• Be prepared for some weekends, holidays, and overnights

Pay

• Salary range: $90 - $95,000

Schedule

• Part-Time hours for six (6) months commitment
