A Medical Scribe supports primary care providers by documenting patient encounters in real-time, assisting with clinical workflows, and ensuring accurate medical records. Responsibilities

• Observing and documenting patient visits in real-time
• Assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Preparing after-visit summaries
• Reviewing medical records
• Supporting clinical documentation improvement
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as placing orders and addressing referrals
• Supporting the care team

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology and medications
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Computer literacy

• Fluency in additional languages (preferred)
