Medical Scribe

About the role

Do you enjoy getting a glimpse of the medical back office? Working as a medical scribe is an excellent opportunity in a medical environment for anyone seeking to be cross trained as a Medical Assistant. Available Locations: Sequim traveling to Port Angeles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review medical documentation for accuracy
• Use EMA EMR to document all pertinent elements of a patient exam accurately and thoroughly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1‑3 months of related healthcare experience or trade school equivalent

Skills

• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• High level of computer literacy
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented

Pay

Wage range: $24.00‑$26.00 per hour (pay is dependent upon a combination of multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability).

Schedule

Typical schedule: Monday‑Thursday, 7:00 am‑5:30 pm.
