Medical Scribe
About the role
The Medical Scribe plays a crucial role in supporting high-quality study execution and expanding site capacity in a busy clinical research environment. They are responsible for preparing and carrying out clinical visits with strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate study procedures and documentation. They also assist in managing a high volume of patient visits and related study activity, enhancing clinic flow, and maintaining consistent patient communication.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients into a professional, supportive, and efficient clinic environment
- Preparing and executing clinical visits with strong attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate study procedures and documentation
- Managing a high volume of patient visits and related study activity
- Supporting clinic flow through effective coordination with physicians, team members, and study stakeholders
- Providing responsive, professional communication to sponsors, clients, and research partners
- Serving as a coordinator to support the site leadership team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; 1-2 years of professional experience or demonstrated work maturity and accountability
- No clinical research experience required - training provided
- Onsite Monday-Friday position
- Comfortable with a demanding schedule and flexible to support a busy clinic environment
