Medical Science Liaison - West Region

We are seeking experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support late-stage AML clinical development in a regional role. Responsibilities Include Establishing and maintaining scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and academic institutions.Engaging in peer-to-peer scientific discussions on AML, biomarkers, clinical data, and evolving care standards.Providing disease-state education, supporting advisory boards, investigator meetings, and approved medical activities.Gathering field insights on unmet medical needs, treatment barriers, clinical practice patterns, and competitive developments.Synthesizing external insights into strategic recommendations for Medical Affairs and clinical planning. Qualifications And Skills Advanced clinical or scientific degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD, NP, PA).At least 4 years of MSL or relevant clinical development experience in hematology/oncology.Minimum 3 years of hematology/oncology experience with demonstrated therapeutic expertise.Ability to communicate complex scientific information effectively to healthcare professionals.Strong understanding of oncology treatment landscapes, stakeholders, and market dynamics.Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, Teams, and digital engagement tools.Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
