Medical Science Liaison - Rare Immunology (PA, OH, MI, NYC, NJ, DE)

For our client, we are seeking a Medical Science Liaison - Rare Immunology (PA, OH, MI, NYC, NJ, DE) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote field-based role will support medical and scientific exchange across a rare immunology portfolio, with a focus on building trusted relationships with healthcare experts in the assigned geography. The position will translate complex scientific data into compliant, meaningful conversations that inform medical strategy and strengthen external engagement. This individual will also partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to capture insights, support research activities, and ensure timely medical information support. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $127,400 – $200,200 annually Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) Analyze and interpret complex scientific data for compliant dissemination to KOLs and HCPs Support and facilitate sponsor-sponsored research and collaborative studies Collect and communicate medical insights from KOLs and HCPs to inform medical strategies Execute medical strategy at conferences and document medical insights acquired Respond to medical information inquiries in a timely, compliant manner Complete necessary administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner Qualifications Doctoral degree in life or health sciences preferred; a Master's degree in health sciences is the minimum requirement 0-2 years of related healthcare experience following degree acquisition Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and collaboration skills Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and competitor landscapes Benefits Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision Retirement savings plan with company match Generous paid time off and holiday policies Employee development and training opportunities Wellness programs and resources Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
